Play Pickleball at The Longfellow Club
The Longfellow Club in Wayland is happy to introduce to the community, the game of Pickleball. Pickleball is a cross between badmitton and tennis and is played on small courts with an oversized pingpong paddle and wiffleball. It is a game of placement and strategy and is ideal for those with physical ailments. Everyone is invited to play. You do not need to be member of The Longfellow Clubs to participate.
To introduce Pickleball, a onetime only free hour of court time is being offered to interested players. Paddles and wiffleballs are supplied.
Group play is scheduled for Fridays at 10:00am, Thurdsays at 11:00am and on Monday and Wednesday evenings at 6:15pm. The courts are located at the Longfellow Club’s Zip Zone.
