Group Exercise  - Free WeightLongfellow has long been known for our diverse and motivational Group Exercise program led by the dynamic and popular Lisa Wilkins. We offer classes for people of all levels and abilities, each designed to challenge and inspire you.

The Longfellow Sports Club is proud to offer classes choreographed by the legendary fitness company..Les Mills. Their most popular class is BODYPUMP™ which is a fantastic way to shape up and lose body fat. The simplicity of the class makes BODYPUMP™ a great starting point to develop strength and confidence.

In addition to our extensive schedule of Group Exercise classes offered in Natick, we also offer water exercise classes at our Natick and Wayland facilities as well as additional group classes at Lumina and The Longfellow Club in Wayland.
