Dan Harshman- Personal Trainer
- Has worked for Longfellow for 12 years
- National Academy of Sports Medicine-Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist
- Spent eight years in the U.S. Army, where he served as a Combat Medic and an Airborne Infantryman.
- BS in Management and an AS in Marketing
- Member of the 1994 and 95 Maryland Nation wrestling team and in 95 was a nation freestyle runner-up/ All-American
- Assistant Coach of the Framingham High wrestling team
- Enjoys training people of all ages and ability levels but mostly takes pleasure in helping clients push past their perceived limits
Beth Botelho-Pro Trainer
- Has worked at Longfellow since 2003
- Master’s in Exercise Science (MS) with a focus on Sport Psychology
- National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM)-Certified) Personal Trainer (CPT) and Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES)
- I train individuals with a variety of fitness backgrounds and levels, with specialty areas in perinatal training, training beginners or those getting back into shape, swimmers, and runners
