FITT Club is our new exciting group personal training program that will take you to the next level of transformation.


  • 4 week series-Our Fitness Experts will push you to your limits
  • Each trainer has designed a progressive challenging circuit of strength, cardio and core exercises
  • Guaranteed to show results
  • Each workout will be tailored to meet everyone’s needs and abilities with your individual goals in mind.


Each session will take place in our newly designed FITT Club Studio

 FITT Club workouts will consist of:

  • An intense 45-miuntes
  • Twice a week
  • Over 4-weeks
  • Strength training, core, cardio and high intensity intervals
  • There will be optional homework and nutritional guidance to help get you to your goal quicker.
