Available to members and non-members, and can be purchased as a single session or in a package of 6 or more. Small group (2 or 3) training sessions are also available.

TRX is a great tool for transforming and stepping up your current workout.  You control how challenging you would like your workout to be by changing the angle of your body. TRX will help you improve your flexibility, strength, core balance, endurance and power.
FITT Club is the perfect balance of cardio, strength and conditioning.  You will use various pieces of equipment like barbells, free weights, kettlebells, medicine balls, slideboards and battle ropes to get your heart rate up and your body working.  Let us help you reach your fitness goals!
