The Lumina Women’s Fitness Center offers an intimate, comfortable space to achieve your fitness goals. Our highly-trained fitness professionals provide members with circuit training for self-guided workouts, lead small-group classes, and offer impromptu counseling to help ensure that you attain your health objectives. We also offer small group and individual personal training.

Strength Training

Our complete line of Keiser Training Circuit equipment enables members to progressively increase strength safely and effectively. The nine-station Keiser line utilizes air resistance that can be instantly adjusted, even in the middle of a repetition. Individualized strength training programs are enhanced by utilizing free weights. Strength-training has numerous proven benefits including strengthening muscles and tendons,increasing bone density and preventing injuries.

Cardio Fitness

Lumina’s cardiovascular equipment includes treadmills, elliptical machines, and recumbent bikes that together offer members appropriate and diverse levels of cardio training. The US government recently recommended that everyone should exercise 30-60 minutes a day. Aerobic workouts are a critical part of any exercise program and have the profound benefits of burning fat, increasing endurance and aerobic capacity, and strengthening the heart.

Group cardio and strength classes are offered throughout the week.
