Our Dietitians will see you for a one-hour initial consultation to develop an eating plan that will help to achieve specific goals. We will also schedule times for consistent follow-up sessions that work best with your schedule.
Living in Balance (LIB) is the highly respected program based on balanced, sensible eating. We also review dietary goals for any medical conditions. LIB is a 13-week program with starting dates in January, May and September. This plan is based :
- One or more private meeting (depending on the need) to develop an individual eating plan. The plan is based on balanced, sensible eating and we review dietary goals for any medical nutrition conditions. The results include stable blood sugar, increased energy, and weight loss. We develop this plan together, based on current habits, lifestyle and food preferences. It’s not a diet but it’s a structured eating plan designed to include your favorite foods and to coach you to become consistent with these habits for lifelong health.
- 13-weekly group sessions, on Monday night or Wednesday morning in Natick and on Thursday morning in Wayland (at Lumina). The weekly meetings involve nutrition and exercise education. There is also a focus on time management to create room for healthy living and on developing positive thinking patterns.
Most of our clients succeed in breaking unproductive habits and thoughts that have been a hindrance for years. A realistic eating and exercise plan, lead to success.
- Several of our clients simultaneously work with a personal trainer for maximum results.
Nutrition and Personal Training:
Meet with one of our dietitians in the office and a certified Longfellow personal trainer in the workout room. It’s a TEAM approach for maximum results.
Hours of Availability:
Day, evenings and mornings are available for individual and group sessions.
